The 3dsMax Physique To Skin converter is available from Sparks for download, 
but only for versions 3 through 7. I got the code from there, and re-compiled 
for version 8. That's what you see in this folder.

Note: you may only use this if you agree to hold me harmless for any use or 
mis-use of this plug-in you make. All I did was download public code from 
Sparks, re-compile it for 3dsMax8, and make it available. Back-up all your 
files before you attempt this conversion.

Put this file in your "plugins" folder, and re-start Max.
Under Utilities, there will be a Skin Conversions Utility.
When running this on a selected Physiqued mesh, it will be converted to Skin.
